The full voucher must be used during one appointment in the salon.
You must bring a copy of your voucher into the salon and hand into reception before your treatment commences. Failure to do so may result in having to rebook your treatment .
Cancellation Policy:
We operate a cancellation policy.
24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise the late cancellation costs will be charged as per our cancellation policy.
If you fail to show for the appointment without advising us, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost.
Course appointments that are missed or cancelled late will automatically be deducted from course records.
If you are using a gift voucher, the above applies and will be deducted off your gift voucher total.
