We’re so pleased you’re considering or have purchased a Perfection gift voucher! Please take a moment to read through these important terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Delivery Information
Your voucher will be sent automatically to the email address provided during purchase.
Please double-check the email address when ordering to ensure it reaches the correct recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for incorrect email entries if someone other than the intended recipient uses the voucher.
Using Your Voucher
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded, nor can they be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated.
You will need to provide the voucher code at the time of booking, along with either the email with the voucher attachment or the printed voucher. Bank statements or codes alone will not be sufficient to redeem your booking, as these can cause issues.
If the value of the voucher does not cover the full cost of a treatment, you’re welcome to use the voucher as part-payment and simply pay the remaining balance at the time of booking or your appointment.
Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance by calling 01666 822811 and are subject to availability. Please don’t leave it until the last minute to book, as we’d hate for you to miss out if we’re fully booked. Online booking is not available for gift voucher appointments.
Caring for Your Voucher
We kindly ask you to keep your voucher safe. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost, stolen, or destroyed vouchers or those used without permission.
Validity Period
Our vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase. We’re unable to extend vouchers beyond this timeframe, so please make sure to use them in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
Appointment Changes or Cancellations
Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or moving the booking more than once with less than 48 hours’ notice, will void the voucher.
Please call us as soon as possible if your plans change so we can assist you in finding a new appointment within the voucher’s validity period.
Additional Information
There’s no limit to the number of vouchers you can purchase—spread the Perfection love!
Please note that we are available to assist with voucher bookings and enquiries Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and our annual Christmas shutdown period. During this time, we close between Christmas and the second week of January and are unable to respond to enquiries until we reopen.
