Riverdale Hall Hotel is named the "Best Hotel in Northumberland". All hotel bedrooms are well appointed with en suite bathrooms, shower, colour television, telephone, and tea and coffee making facilities. Some of the bedrooms have a balcony or small patio area, whilst others are designated as family rooms, and can accommodate additional beds as required. The ground-floor rooms in the Museum Wing are popular with those who find stairs difficult.

​The two first-floor apartments, Blakey and Graham, have balconies and the ground-floor apartments, Abrahams and Milburn, patio areas, all overlooking the cricket field, the North Tyne River and bridge and Dunterley Fell (Pennine Way).
