- Vouchers ordered through our website, facebook page, via Robovoucher and will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address to specify at the time of your order.
- Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged. They are valid for the treatment as described on the voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
- When ordering, be sure to enter the recipients email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address entered is incorrect and somebody other than the intended recipient uses the voucher.
- Salon offers and promotions do not apply when using or purchasing gift vouchers. They cannot be used with any other offer or money off vouchers.
- All vouchers are valid for 12 months only.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. No replacement can be provided in these circumstances.
- Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Please do not leave it until a week before expiration to book your appointment.
- Online booking is not available when booking to use your voucher. Please phone the salon.
- Cancelling, no shows or moving your booking with less than 24 hours notice will void the voucher.
- If we are locked down due to Covid, or the salon has to close due to isolation, the voucher will be extended for the amount of days we are closed for. This is the only reason the voucher can be extended.
- Voucher cannot be split and used at separate times, all treatments on vouchers must be used together
